RESALE CERTIFICATES: Upon entering into a Contract for Sale of a Lot the Owner, Realtor and/or Settlement agent should request a Resale Certificate a minimum of TEN (10) business days prior to a Closing date. Should the Closing date be extended a Reissued Certificate will need to be requested. The request should be emailed to all the Board of Directors. The Certificate will specify any and all amounts that are Due and owing by the Lot Owner, if any. The Seller will also be charged a $100.00 preparation fee for the Certificate due at closing to the Association.
2025 Architectural Committee
SUBMITTALS: Please remember that prior Architectural Committee approval is needed for ANY changes to building, driveway, landscaping, exterior paint colors, roofs etc. Please review the requirements for submittals and direct any requests to the Architectural Committee Chair, Mark Gainer.
