  Below is information for vendors selling the approved items should you need to replace your lamp post and/or mailbox post or tops.

MAILBOXES

• The Declaration Article II Section 2 g requires Architectural Committee approval for any change in "mailbox design", including the "Buckfield Cedar Post Top", which is available at JC Snavelys in Landisville.         
• Fir post that matches all others in the neighborhood, composite base, and cedar top of post:

• #2 Black Jumbo Metal Mailbox:

sold at various locations including Lowes, Home Depot, and other online retailers

Where to Place the Mailbox per the USPS:

• Position your mailbox 41″ to 45″ from the road surface to the bottom of the mailbox or point of mail entry.
• Place your mailbox 6″ to 8″ back from the curb. If you do not have a raised curb, contact your local postmaster for guidance. 
• Your house number should be clearly marked
