Below is information for vendors selling the approved items should you need to replace your lamp post and/or mailbox post or tops.
MAILBOXES
- The Declaration Article II Section 2 g requires Architectural Committee approval for any change in "mailbox design", including the "Buckfield Cedar Post Top", which is available at JC Snavelys in Landisville.
- Fir post that matches all others in the neighborhood, composite base, and cedar top of post:

Where to Place the Mailbox per the USPS:
- Position your mailbox 41″ to 45″ from the road surface to the bottom of the mailbox or point of mail entry.
- Place your mailbox 6″ to 8″ back from the curb. If you do not have a raised curb, contact your local postmaster for guidance.
- Your house number should be clearly marked
